Level Design
Build grid-based cities, interiors and gameplay spaces with layers, assets, routes, triggers, exits, interactive objects and reusable prefabs.
2D TopDown Game Studio
Desuper brings level design, artwork, animation, interfaces, content, scripting, playtesting and building together in one approachable Windows application.
Status: active development. Public downloads are not available yet.
Creator suite
Content created in one part of Desuper can be reused and validated across the rest of the project.
Build grid-based cities, interiors and gameplay spaces with layers, assets, routes, triggers, exits, interactive objects and reusable prefabs.
Draw normal images and sprite sheets with layers, selections, transforms, shapes, colour tools, live previews and artwork validation.
Turn sprite sheets into reusable clips and state sets for players, enemies, projectiles, effects, doors, switches and world objects.
Create menus, loading screens, HUDs, computer interfaces, keypads, lift controls and linked interactive screens.
Manage dossiers, items, inventory, quests, dialogue, cutscenes and audio assignments with permanent unique IDs.
Use synchronized Visual Blocks and readable code for conditions, actions, timers, variables, AI, quests, puzzles and game-wide systems.
Designed for real gameplay
Desuper already connects creator data to a playable runtime with validation before content reaches a build.
Desuper Code
Global Scripts can control systems across the complete game. Level Scripts remain attached to the level where they belong.
Filter blocks by genre, arrange them with drag and drop, edit their properties in an Inspector and validate references before running the game.
Genre blocks cover RPG, Shooter, Stealth, Horror, Racing Games, Puzzle and Adventure projects without tying the language to one specific game.
Future architecture
The long-term direction keeps the creator-facing studio in Python while exported games move to a focused C/C++ runtime.
Development status
Desuper is being tested and refined. This page is informational, a download will only be added when a suitable public build is ready.
